Biography

Carole Martin,
PHR, Vice President of Human Resources

In her role, Ms. Martin provides Human Resources leadership to the company by overseeing, developing, and implementing HR initiatives, policies, programs, and services. Ms. Martin has been a Human Resources professional for over 25 years. She began her HR career as a Corporate Recruiter for Florida Power & Light Company in Miami. Ms. Martin then joined the hospitality industry and has served in positions such as Director of Human Resources for a casino/resort on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Prior to joining BVHG, Ms. Martin was the Vice President of Human Resources of Oak Hotels Inc. Ms. Martin holds a certification as Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Institute and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management. She is the current president of the Hotel Human Resources Association of Central Florida.
