Donald Heintz

Donald Heintz,
Partner, Senior Vice President

Mr. Heintz is responsible for overseeing the company's assets and interests, including the analysis of asset management and the feasibility of major capital expenditures and investments. His responsibilities also include Receiverships, Acquisitions and Condo-Hotels. Mr. Heintz joined BVHG in 1984 as Food & Beverage Director of the 1028 room flagship property, the Buena Vista Palace Resort & Spa. He was promoted to Corporate Director of Information Technology for Buena Vista Hospitality Group and in 1998 became an Officer of the Company as Vice President of Technology overseeing the installation and maintenance of all hardware and software systems, telecommunications and websites of all the company's properties and development projects.

Since graduation from the Culinary Institute of America, Mr. Heintz has held positions as Executive Chef for a restaurant group in Fort Myers and Tampa, Florida. He also was General Manager for Peoples Restaurant Group's two highest volume restaurants, one near Busch Gardens in Tampa and one in the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. Mr. Heintz is past president of Hotel Information Systems User Group. Mr. Heintz is a certified Condominium Association Manager, and is a member of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals.
