The owners of Swan Lake Resort and Buena Vista Hospitality Group ("BVHG") jointly announced today that they have entered into an agreement for BVHG to assume management of the Swan Lake Resort near Plymouth, Indiana.
"Swan Lake has reached a point where our ownership felt it appropriate to bring in experts in resort management to take the property to the next level. Buena Vista Hospitality has the experience and a passion for excellence which will help guide our expansion plans, said Phil Lewallen, member of the ownership group.
"Over the next several years we intend to greatly expand the facilities at Swan Lake in an effort to make it the premier golf and resort destination in the region. Expansions will include enhanced. spa facilities, a variety of new real estate products, and an expanded rental program for owners of units participating in the Resort's hospitality offering, said Lewallen.
"Swan Lake is a fantastic golf and meetings resort. The expansion plans and our management programs will combine to provide significantly enhanced guest services. We are very pleased to be a part of the Resort's future", said Mike Frost, CEO of BVHG. .
